This place has a very central location, just 20 km from the airport, and the staff here are consistently wonderful and kind.

Great place for a relaxing staycation. the rooms are new and well-organized, and you can use the executive lounge. the staff is quick to help out. At the sky bar, they serve free soft drinks and the service is top-notch. Checking in here is a breeze! 🌟

loved the spacious rooms, comfy beds, and clean bathrooms at pullman. excellent location near metro and shopping mall. in-room coffee was a delightful touch.

I had an amazing stay here! The hotel is conveniently located near the metro station, making it easy to explore the city's attractions. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, going above and beyond to ensure my comfort. The cleanliness of the room was impeccable, and the hotel facilities were top-notch.

I recently stayed at Pullman and had a wonderful experience. The staff were incredibly friendly and spoke English well, which was a rarity in China. They went above and beyond to assist me, from arranging a taxi for an early morning departure to providing helpful advice when I wasn't feeling well. The afternoon tea buffet on the 50th floor was lovely, with a breathtaking view of the city. The buffet restaurant had beautiful decor and the staff spoke excellent English. The kitchen staff were also very kind and accommodating. Lastly, the front office staff were always cheerful and made me smile. Thank you to the night shift gentleman for allowing me a late check-out!

Can't recommend this hotel highly enough.

The price in which one gets a 5 star hotel.

The reception services during the check in was horrible. Some local chinese businessmen who came after me bypassed the que and the reception still attended them. Later on when I showed my concern the receptionist was applogetic! But still attended them!!!

Pool was out of service and informed me when I checked in! Internet was slow and we could not able to open some ordinary sites same as google, gmail and etc.. We can rate it as 4 stars hotel not 5 stars and I really regret to booked this hote.

The executive lounge was worth the extra cost. Breakfast on the 52th floor with a fantastic view over the city. Friendly and helpful staff.

Breakfast buffet was empty and not replenished quickly. Some foods were after 2 hours not fresh any more. Like noodles. For new year evening restaurant needed booking to have a seat. This was not informed. Swimming pool was closed. This was not informed at booking time.

Had very central location to nearby metro station. Moreover, it was really close to the MRT, yuyuan garden by 20 minutes and river and nearest MRT in 5 minutes walking distance.

The hotel offers a really nice afternoon tea buffet, complete with a gorgeous view. Staff members are particularly friendly and strive to make your stay better. The location is perfect for those who want to visit Tianzi Fang or other attractions in the southern part of the city. Plus, the hotel provides some complimentary items that really add to the experience.

The breakfast buffet isn't great- some of the food is quite mixed and there aren't enough options at the noodles station. the pastries aren't fresh and cold too often.

Spent Xmas at this hotel in a big comfortable suite with a great breakfast spread. The executive lounge was absolutely tranquil, with excellent service and good restaurants. The staff was kind and helpful, offering early check-in and late check-out. The key location allowed us to easily explore the city.

The spa was outdated, with unavailable treatments. The pool was too cold to use in the winter, and the male sauna was not a proper sauna.
